5. How long does it take to create and ship my artwork?

All of our artwork is hand-painted by professional artists. The creation process typically takes 7-10 business days, and we will keep you updated with photos or videos throughout the process. Once complete, the artwork will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

6. What if my painting arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your painting arrives damaged, please email us at service@nuviaart.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (including packaging). We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund.

7. Do you accept cancellations?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
